Renew a server subscription
Renews a VPS for 1, 3 or 12 months using your personal credit. Keep the same Idempotency-Key when retrying.
Access: API key: vm:write · Session: developer, admin or owner.
- API keys charge their creator.
maximum_amountis your spending limit. Purchase-time prices apply when a matching price is locked; otherwise the published regular price applies. - Poll the returned operation. A confirmed failure before submission releases credit; an uncertain submission keeps the reservation and blocks another renewal.
- Purchased servers cannot start a renewal after the eight-day grace deadline. Imported servers without an original purchaser are exempt.
- Paused renewals return
503 renewals_paused.
