Idempotency
Send an `Idempotency-Key` header (any unique string, for example a UUID) on `POST /v1/vms`. If your request times out and you repeat it with the same key and body, you get the same server back instead
Pagination
List endpoints that can grow take `limit` (1-100, default 50) and `cursor`. A response with a non-null `next_cursor` has more results; pass it as `cursor` to get the next page.
